The main reason behind the use of the notary stamps or the notary seals is that they provide the assurance the documents are 100% genuine, all the respective parties have no problems regarding the terms and conditions and the real identity of all the people who are signing on the documents is confirmed.
To establish the legitimacy, all the important papers and documents like papers related to the bankruptcy, mortgage documents and affidavits must be notarized. Notary public stamps or seals which are found on the identification carts of the birth certificates guarantee that all the documents are 100% authenticated and genuine.
In most of the cases, the notary public seals include the notary stamps, embossers and also some of the seals which are created by the electronic means.
One thing which had to kept in mind is that these seals can be only sold, duplicated or offered only by the permit holder of the seal. If there is case of replacement of seals, then the notary officer must submit the previous manufactured seal or stamp. If you want to gain the permission for manufacturing the notary public seals or stamps then you have to submit a prescribed application to the Secretary of State along with an issuing fee.
