When fat deposits trapped within connective tissue beneath the skin the area becomes hard by waste products that are not removed from the body like fats , retained fluids and toxins as the fibers surrounding at are really very weak it forms cellulite . (Cellulite is a dimpling of the skin due to the protrusion of fat into the dermis causing an undulation .Lumpy bumpy tummy and thighs that we all dream to get rid of. Despite what many think, cellulite is not necessarily related to being overweight and not necessary that a person who is fat suffers from cellulite even a thin person can have a problem of cellulite it is the most common problem and many companies of beauty product are launching there products for it but unfortunately not all work as they promise beside being costly to get rid of cellulite exercise is the best way ( walking , squat jumps , clean and jerks , push up and clap and plank ) Also a drastic change in eating habits is also required like drink 8 -10 glasses of water daily , eliminate white foods, avoid carbonated drinks and eat 5 to 6 small meals a day. There are some researches done that shows that post pubescent females have cellulite and in Caucasian females is more common and rare in men.
